BILBREY MARKETING AND ADVERTISING, INC.

Bilbrey Marketing and Advertising Inc. has been in business for eight years. Our main focus is on insurance referral work from agents and adjusters. We also do direct marketing for insurance agents/agencies to help grow their agencies. We have done television commercials and other types of advertising for other service companies as well.

We have built our business on working with reputable companies like yours that have morals and values that are ethical, trustworthy, and dependable. We will only work with companies that have this philosophy. Most of the companies that we represent have been from referrals to us. Wade's ServiceMaster has been working with us since the beginning that actually was a referral from an Allstate agent. When we first started we had six companies that we worked with, and now we have twenty-five. We extended our market place into the Cincinnati area a year ago, it has been an exciting but very challenging market. We have also grown our sales force to four.

When we are marketing to agents/adjusters we are building relationships and consistency. That is the way we do business. We put each area into a rotation and see them accordingly. However, we do have those accounts that need their hands held more frequently or less so we make arrangements for those. We like to see everyone if possible in each area every four to six weeks. We know that the average time for someone to even consider your services is thirteen times, so this is a timely plan. But, we have found with our experience that consistency and getting to know your agents/adjusters that you can make some real progress and eventually gain their trust, loyalty, and business. Even if our prospect already is using someone we just ask for a chance to see what the competition has to offer. This has been very effective.
